Fit-out of offices and boardroom for private investment company in the Grade I listed Royal Exchange.

The project involved space-planning for the offices, along with the sourcing, specification and installation of furniture and lighting.

The client required a formal boardroom for meetings with international investors and a modern workplace for the staff.

As a listed building, no alteration to the fabric of the rooms was permitted, requiring a freestanding partition and desk system.

The clean minimal lines of the desking system were chosen to reflect the high-tech nature of modern banking and investments.

It was a pleasure working with Jethro, as he is extremely professional, and we were very pleased with the results.

As the offices are in a very traditional building. it was a challenge to come up with the right furniture to suit. Jethro was able to meet this challenge and create a very efficient environment that is a pleasure to work in.
